The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have a strong background in family law litigation.
• Possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in drafting and reviewing legal documents relevant to family law.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide sound counsel to clients navigating complex family law matters.
• Advocate effectively in court, demonstrating professionalism, confidence, and strong communication skills.
• Develop and implement effective case strategies to drive cases toward favorable resolutions.
• Manage billable hours while overseeing all aspects of case management.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in California, with a focus on family law.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law litigation.
• Bilingual in English and an additional language (strongly preferred).
• Substantial courtroom experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Must be available to work in-office.

Compensation Package:

• Base salary range of $120,000–$150,000, commensurate with experience.
• Generous performance-based bonus linked to billable hours.
