Responsibilities

• Manages Turnover & Renovation Projects from start-to-finish (Vacant SFR Homes)
• Travels throughout market up to 90% of the time
• Acts as point-of-contact for clients, in-house field techs, and subcontractors
• Scopes Homes
• Creates punchlist for subcontractors
• Submits Change-orders
• Closes out projects

Qualifications

• 2-4 years residential construction/renovation management
• Extensive residential home repair pricing knowledge
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
