Operations Manager / Field Marketing Manager

- 1 year or more of work experience in Micro Mobility a plus

- Lift over 60 lbs

- Driver's License

- Tech Savvy

- Billingual Korean and English a plus

- Salary Range - $60,000 to $70,000

Primary Responsibility:

• Management and responsible for camps with 1,000 to 3,000 devices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management

o Maintain overall operational efficiency and management of the camp, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.

2. Vehicle Management

o Oversee the management and maintenance of vehicles affiliated with the camp to ensure their availability and functionality for operations.

3. Equipment Procurement & Employee Welfare

o Purchase necessary camp equipment and ensure proper management of employee welfare, focusing on their needs and work environment.

4. Data Analysis & Deployment

o Analyze heat maps and manage deployment points for the devices within the assigned region, ensuring optimal coverage and service efficiency.

5. Staff Coordination & Training

o Coordinate the managers and shift staff, provide necessary training, and ensure adherence to camp rules for smooth operations.

6. Manpower & Attendance Management

o Manage staff schedules, ensure adequate manpower supplementation, and oversee attendance for proper coverage during operational hours.

7. Device Allocation & Battery Management

o Monitor the number of device allocations and manage battery levels, ensuring the devices are fully operational for customer use.

8. Device Maintenance & Performance

o Provide instructions and oversee the performance of device maintenance, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.

9. Device Status (Lost, Damaged, Clean)

o Track and manage the status of devices in the camp, addressing issues related to lost, damaged, or unclean devices.

10. Perform Management/Engineering Tasks as Needed

o Step in to perform the tasks of the Manager or Engineer during their absence, ensuring continuity of operations and technical upkeep.
