We are seeking a highly skilled Project/Program Manager II responsible for the coordination and completion of projects/programs. This role oversees all aspects of projects, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress. The candidate will prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of projects/programs. This position typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and complete project/program activities.
Oversee all aspects of projects, including setting deadlines and assigning responsibilities.
Monitor and summarize the progress of projects/programs.
Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of projects/programs.
Lead and direct the work of others.
Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Perform a variety of tasks with a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
Essential Skills
Previous Project/Program Management experience.
Strong MS Office Suite experience, specifically with Excel.
Experience with financial incentives management.
Data analysis skills.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4-7 years of experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma.
Experience with Excel pivot tables.
Work Environment
This is a remote position with a daily schedule of Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. The role involves regular interaction with the team and requires the ability to work independently while leading and directing others.
