THE OPPORTUNITY

CONTEXT:

Our Global Digital Marketing team is dedicated to raising awareness, demand generation, and lead nurture and conversion through the use of digital channels to promote Ivalua’s services and solutions. The team’s score includes but is not limited to Website, Landing Pages, Email Marketing, SEM, SEO, Social Media (paid and organic), and Affiliate marketing. With 5 existing members, this role will act as the central hub of collaboration for efforts across the growing Digital team. This position reports directly to the Global Director of Digital Marketing who is based in New York, NY.

ROLE:

Ivalua is seeking a Global Digital Marketing Manager to manage, support, and execute end-to-end digital tactics to further accelerate Ivalua’s global demand generation and nurture conversion efforts. This person will instill best practices across the organization’s active campaigns and consistently hit or exceed channel KPIs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

Design and execute global content and digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, lifecycle stage marketing, and CRO programs, to help support product launches and integrated campaigns

Measure and report digital marketing campaign performance, identify trends & insights, and optimize spend accordingly

Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, instrument conversion points, optimize user funnels, and improve user experience across multiple channels and touchpoints

Brainstorm creative growth strategies and customer pathways, evaluate emerging technologies and best practices, and provide thought leadership for adoption where appropriate

Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

YOUR PROFILE

If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you:

Skills and Experience:

Minimum 5-7 years of experience working on digital marketing campaigns that engage, inform, and convert

Experience identifying target audiences, optimizing landing pages and user funnels

A/B testing, and running multivariate experiments

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)

Proficient to expert in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform

Soft Skills:

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Data-driven approach; ability to draw conclusions and devise strategic recommendations based on findings

The compensation range for this position is based upon careful and continual market compensation research. In addition to location, compensation may also vary based upon job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Title: Global Digital Marketing Manager

Base Range minimum: $82,500

Base Range maximum: $137,500

Additional compensation / rewards: Ivalua offers an annual target bonus for this position conditional on individual and company performance. Other compensation factors may also be considered. Ivalua also offers exceptional benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement (with company match), and much more.
