Our client is seeking a temporary Salesforce Administrator / CRM Analyst to provide essential support in managing and maintaining their CRM system, with a focus on Salesforce administration for a nonprofit organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry, reporting, and dashboard management, particularly within the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) in Salesforce. This role requires a quick ramp-up time and will involve managing gift entry processes, handling backlog projects, and supporting event-related activities through Mailchimp.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gift Entry and Data Management: Perform accurate data entry for gift and donation records, maintaining a backlog of ~10 entries per month.
- Dashboard and Reporting: Create and update dashboards, generate reports, and assist with dashboard administration to support fundraising and program initiatives.
- Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP): Manage core Salesforce functions within NPSP, including Opportunities, Campaigns, and User Permissions.
- Data Import and Maintenance: Assist in completing data import projects, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Mailchimp Integration: Support event and meeting communications through Mailchimp, assisting with data integration and communication tasks.
- Acknowledgement Letters: Process and send acknowledgment letters promptly to recognize and thank donors.
- System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks to keep Salesforce data and user permissions up-to-date.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with specific expertise in NPSP for nonprofits.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in gift entry, data import, report generation, and dashboard creation.
- Familiarity with Mailchimp: Experience using Mailchimp for event and meeting management is preferred.
- Quick Learner: Ability to quickly ramp up and adapt to the nonprofit’s CRM needs.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and management, with a commitment to data integrity.
Preferred:
- Nonprofit Experience: Prior experience working within nonprofit organizations is strongly preferred.
