Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, projects and proprietary information.
• Assist project managers and designers in developing project documents for bidding and construction.
• Assist projects from beginning to end, during the Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration phases.
• Maintain a clear understanding of the project lifecycle and what deliverables are required at each project phase.
• Responsible for the development and coordination of the drawings and, schedule commitments and project research.
• Advise the project architect when the drawings and specifications are complete.
• Provide support for any tasks required for the successful completion of the project.
• Challenge actively (constructively) and voice relevant concerns; coach and teach others on the team to engage constructively in meetings and encourage vibrant discourse.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities:

• Working knowledge of Revit as delivery platform
• Working knowledge of Sketch-Up and/or Rhino as design platform
• Ease of communication
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive work habits

Preferred Skillsets:

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with commercial projects highly desirable
• 2-7 years' experience
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to well independently and as a team player

Experience and Education:

• Bachelor of Architecture is required.
• 2-5 years related experience with commercial projects.
