- Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, projects and proprietary information.
- Assist project managers and designers in developing project documents for bidding and construction.
- Assist projects from beginning to end, during the Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration phases.
- Maintain a clear understanding of the project lifecycle and what deliverables are required at each project phase.
- Responsible for the development and coordination of the drawings and, schedule commitments and project research.
- Advise the project architect when the drawings and specifications are complete.
- Provide support for any tasks required for the successful completion of the project.
- Challenge actively (constructively) and voice relevant concerns; coach and teach others on the team to engage constructively in meetings and encourage vibrant discourse.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Working knowledge of Revit as delivery platform
- Working knowledge of Sketch-Up and/or Rhino as design platform
- Ease of communication
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive work habits
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with commercial projects highly desirable
- 2-7 years' experience
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to well independently and as a team player
- Bachelor of Architecture is required.
- 2-5 years related experience with commercial projects.
