Interlaken, Inc. is a growing site and utility excavation company located in Gresham, Oregon. We are seeking a Part Time Office Assistant to join our team. If you are a a multi-tasker who is calm under pressure and focuses on attention to detail then keep reading!
Interlaken is a Woman Owned business that provides excavation services for clients in the Greater Portland Metropolitan area. Our clients include local municipalities, like the City of Portland and other private clients, such as Walsh Construction. We are a well respected company in our industry who treat our employees well, and work hard to satisfy our clients needs.
A typical day for this position would include the following tasks; sorting timecards, matching invoices to statements, logging & maintaining equipment maintenance, keeping vendor and subcontractor information up to date, reaching out to vendors for information, answering phones, filing & general office support for the Human Resource Manager, Company Executives and the Project Management Team.
Pay Rate for this position would be based on experience, but would generally fall in the $23-26 range. If you are looking for a part time (20-25 hours) and flexible schedule in a small office environment, this opportunity would work for you!
