Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
5-month contract assignment (potential to extend)
Pay: $110-$112 / HR

Our client, a leading rideshare company, is seeking a Chief of Staff for their Marketing team. In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and collaborate closely with the Marketing Leadership Team. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive hands-on experience and a strong leadership background in key areas, including planning and process optimization, strategic and financial planning, organizational change management, communications, and strategy execution.

Responsibilities:

• Boost team productivity by streamlining strategic initiatives, managing executive programs, and ensuring clear communication of objectives within the Marketing Team and across departments.
• Lead a team dedicated to marketing analytics, market research, and operational efficiency.
• Focus on strategic planning, executive advising, and fostering interdepartmental collaboration.
• Oversee cross-functional projects that fall outside conventional structures.
• lign team efforts in setting strategies, preparing Quarterly Business Reports, and finalizing the 2025 annual plan.
• Contribute to organizational health by reviewing, designing, and implementing improvements to structure, addressing knowledge and skill gaps, optimizing workflows, and aligning internal processes.
• dvance the priorities of the Marketing Leadership Team through regular meetings, offsite planning, and enhancing team effectiveness.
• Support executive business reviews in collaboration with the CEO's Chief of Staff.
• Clearly communicate priorities, activities, and outcomes to the broader organization, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
• Track and manage OKRs, KPIs, and executive performance reporting across the organization.

Education & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience,
• M.B.A. or related advanced degree a plus
• Experience in or fluency with the Marketing function at a high-growth technology company preferred
