In this 12-week internship, you will have an opportunity to gain exposure to the way AgReliant takes a data-driven approach to decision making. You will manage a project that will have a positive impact on AgReliant. You'll hone important skills, such as presenting, networking, and project management. Throughout your internship, you'll receive regular feedback, guidance and coaching from our mentors to help you develop the skills you need to succeed.

What YOU will do:
- Collaborate with other business stakeholders to understand critical challenges.
- Work with your Decision Sciences colleagues to understand AgReliant's data structure and meaning.
- Design and implement a novel, data-driven approach to solve a business challenge.
- Present the work that you completed to your colleagues and others throughout the business at the conclusion of your project,
- Perform ad hoc data analyses that aid the business and your understanding of AgReliant.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Highly self-motivated: You are eager to learn, ask questions, and collaborate with others to learn our business
- Strong time management skills: You have the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and learn and adapt to various business areas
- Integrity: You exuberate trust, honesty, and ethics

- Excellent Communication Skills: You are an effective communicator both in writing and speaking. You thrive with collaborating in a team setting

- Currently enrolled in a Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science or related field with a graduation date between May 2025 and May 2027 with a GPA of 3.0 or above
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to plan and manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Must be willing to relocate or available to work in our headquarters in Westfield, IN
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Have a valid driver's license and meet Motor Vehicle requirements
