Global MDM Manager
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global MDM Manager to lead our party (customer, dealer and vendor) and asset data quality and Master Data Management (MDM) implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the global program to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and governance of customer data across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of data management principles, experience with MDM technologies, and the ability to drive data quality improvements on a global scale.
The MDM manager will report directly to the Head of Commercial Intelligence of the Commercial Effectiveness and Transformation (CET) department. In alignment with the CCO Strategy as reflected from the DLL Strategy, CET enables the commercial ambitions of DLL, maximizing the go-to-market speed, effectiveness, and efficiency of our Markets and Global Business Units (GBUs).
The primary purpose of this job is to analyze, define & govern the centralized party master data in collaboration with the commercial team to support the global data strategy initiative. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, MDM implementation, and program management, with specific expertise in the financial industry.

Applicable Pay Range
$106,773.23 - $192,123.06
This position is subject to the terms of DLL's compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the applicable pay range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.

Day to day:
Program Management:
- Lead and manage global programs focused on improving customer/asset data quality and implementing MDM solutions tailored to the leasing business.
- Ensure program alignment with the strategic objectives of the leasing business and drive consistent delivery across regions.
- Maintain a consolidated roadmap across multiple regions and enforce change management by using a quantitative scoring methodology to ensure regional implementation align to data strategy and commercial needs.
- Define and execute MDM requirements, data governance policies, and data stewardship processes specific to the leasing industry.
- Enable MDM Tech teams in building the right global MDM and RDM solutions, enable central reusable hierarchical data structures and develop strategic system integrations to have enhanced and insightful master and reference data for our users
- Party Data Quality Management:
- Establish and enforce data quality standards and practices to support leasing operations and improve customer data integrity.
- Implement and monitor data quality metrics and KPIs, using Informatica's data quality tools to drive continuous improvement.
- Support the Development & maintenance of a data governance framework ensuring data harmonization & data quality.
- Work closely with transformation teams, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless program execution and alignment with business needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all MDM-related initiatives, addressing stakeholder concerns and providing updates on progress and outcomes.
- Identify potential risks related to MDM implementation and data quality in the leasing context and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, protection regulations, and industry-specific requirements, particularly for customer and financial data.
- Two working days per year volunteering for a local charity.

Essentials:
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience, with a focus on data quality and MDM implementation
- Familiarity and experience with MDM systems, processes, and concepts such as data stewardship, validation, enrichment, matching and survivorship rules.
- Strong knowledge of data management principles, data governance frameworks, and MDM methodologies.
- Proven project management skills, with experience managing global programs and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM tools, including Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with diverse stakeholders globally.
- Domain knowledge of leasing and financial industry is a plus but not mandatory
