SITE MANAGER

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Reports to: General Manager

Compensation: $70 - $75K + bonus

Responsibilities & Requirements of the SITE MANAGER:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain and operations, or related field
• 3+ years experience in site management, production, or manufacturing – preferably in a manufacturing and distribution setting
• Provide leadership to the site and direct daily operations
• Strong understanding of raw materials, production processes, quality control, cost management, and inventory
• Ability to establish production priorities and manage production schedule
• Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally within the organization as well as with suppliers, vendors, and carriers
• Collaborate with headquarters to ensure consistency of procedures and operations
• Ensure and promote a safe working environment
• Oversee warehouse activities including inventory, cycle counts, inbound and outbound shipments, and freight transactions
• Manage relationships with freight carriers and brokers, prepare bills of lading (BOLs)
• Lead all employees at the site including hiring, performance management, and training
• Proven ability to function independently while leading a team to success
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (current or future)
