Job Description
Vaco is working with a client in the Entertainment industry who is looking for a qualified Corporate Legal Coordinator Paralegal to support the office of the Chief Legal Office. As an Legal Coordinator Paralegal, key responsibilities will include drafting and formatting legal correspondence, implementing legal procedures, and legal research. This opportunity is located in Century City and will be in the office 4 days a week. This opportunity is a contract potential contract to hire and is looking to pay between $35-$55/hr.

Job Specifications:
- Draft, redline and edit highly confidential documents.
- Liaise with multiple external legal counsels on active litigation cases, subpoenas and contracts
- Assisting with Legal research and analysis
- Creating and implementing legal procedures and processes .
- E-file high volume of documents and send documents for e-sign as requested.
- Over 5 years of Paralegal experience required for role
- Experience working in a corporate Legal setting required for role
- Bachelors Degree required for role
- Paralegal Certification required for role
- Experience using software such as Carta or other Cap table software's a must
- Experience with corporate business transaction legal docs
- Experience working with Sr. Executive Leadership and Board of Directors required for role
- Strong organizational and communication skills a must
- Strong ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment a must
