Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Project Manager in the Charlotte, NC region. Assistant Project Manager will oversee the project, coordinating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensure quality control, and maintain a safe work environment during the construction of new garden style apartments. This role requires proactive problem-solving and effective communication with the project Team.

Qualifications

• Construction Management and Computer skills
• Knowledge of building processes
• Experience in Construction Reporting
• Excellent communication
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in multi-family housing construction is required
• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Assistant Superintendent
