General:

Position Summary:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to one (or more) people within specified project or office.


Responsibilities:

  • Handles incoming and outgoing mail, conference room calendar, office equipment and supplies
  • Document Control
  • Process Contracts/Purchases orders
  • Prepare and keep logs for contracts/purchase orders
  • Assist with Labor Compliance/Certified Payroll
  • Handles incoming and outgoing mail, supplies, office equipment
  • Assist in preparing and coordinating documents, presentations, etc
  • Type a variety of documents (may be highly confidential)
  • Coordinate and process general administrative work (timesheets, accounts payable, purchase orders, etc)
  • Perform additional assignments per managements direction
  • Data Entry
  • Assist with OFCCP & 16 Step Compliance
  • Review Insurance Certificates and Log


Requirements:

  • Office administration required
  • Construction office experience or equivalent
  • Light accounting
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft word and excel.
  • Punctual and dependable.
  • Ability to follow instructions and take initiative.
  • Excellent verbal, communication and organizational skills are a must.
  • Understanding of the Industrial, Civil and Mechanical construction industry would be a plus


Salary: $50K-$70K (DOE)
