2nd Shift- Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description
Location- Haverhill MA
Pay Rate- $35-$40/hr.
Schedule- 1pm – 9:30pm Experience Required:
Minimum of 5 years in industrial maintenance and electrical work, with preference given to experience in PLC and food manufacturing environments.Minimum of 2 years managing a maintenance team in a manufacturing setting.Strong expertise in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic systems, and troubleshooting.Experience in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) is a plus.
Leadership & Skills:
Ability to lead and develop a diverse maintenance team.Strong job ownership/accountability with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Flexible, with the ability to work overtime and weekends when necessary.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.Must be at least 18 years old.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma required.Associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred.
