What You’ll Do:
– Supervise and mentor staff, fostering both their technical growth and career development.
– Lead structural projects of all sizes, from concept through construction.
– Collaborate with multiple teams across disciplines to deliver top-quality results.
– Interface with clients, ensuring project goals are met and exceeded.
What You’ll Need:
– A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (and a PE license).
– 10+ years of experience in the A/E/C environment.
– Proven project management experience and a knack for leading teams to success.
