Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Your new role
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:Producing and providing accurate forecasts of project costs to completion/final valueManaging subcontractor accountsMonitoring cash flow and valuation plansManaging subcontractor tender processesProviding accurate reports of costs and values on the projects.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have:Experience at an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor levelGood working knowledge of JCT, NEC3 and/or NEC4 form of contractsSound interpersonal and organisational skills.
