Your new role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing all costs related to our refurbishment and fit-out projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards. Your duties will include preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, conducting risk assessments, and liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, particularly in refurbishment and fit-out projects.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
