Job Description

Medium sized design firm looking for Architectural Technologist on a permanent basis.

Your new company
This is a medium sized Architecture firm that is well respected in the region, and has an eight strong studio close to Manchester Oxford Road railway station. They work on high quality commercial, residential, and hospitality projects and have a requirement for a Technologist to assist on a permanent basis.
Your new role
You will be working on the technical documentation for the delivery of an interesting hotel development in the city. The role will involve drawing up sections and elevations, producing details for construction, and coordinating files. You will also be involved in design team meetings and site visits.
What you'll need to succeed
This firm is looking for an intermediate Architectural Technologist with highly proficient AutoCAD skills (revit would be an advantage, however is not essential in this instance). You should have clear communication skills, and be able to work in Manchester city centre on a daily basis.
