Hybrid Employment Solicitor

An excellent opportunity awaits an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a forward-thinking law firm in Uckfield. This role is open to candidates seeking either full-time or part-time work, with flexible hybrid working arrangements available.

Role Requirements:

Experience

• A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in employment law, adept at both contentious and non-contentious matters
• You will advise both employers and employees on issues such as unfair dismissal, restrictive covenants, contract drafting and employee rights
• A proactive approach to business development and marketing is essential, as you will be instrumental in growing the practice

Skills

• Strong commercial acumen, excellent client care skills, effective time management and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
