Stores/Despatch Operative

Job Overview: The role of the Stores Operative is to ensure adequate flow of raw material to production lines. Responsibilities & Duties: Inspection/Receipt of goods in material/subcontracted parts to ensure quality standards are adequate Data input to Company ERP system Maintaining accurate records of material and stock Kitting of assembly components Scanning of documents Operate forklift truck and pallet truck adhering to health and safety regulations and requirements Preparing parts for customer shipment Local and Oversea Preparing packaging for customer shipment Making deliveries as and when required NB: The above list is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and duties. From time to time the employee may be required to transfer to other departments to help with demand.
