Your new companyYou will be joining the Administration function in a professional and successful SME in the Sandwell area. For a new full-time permanent position, working in their office with an experienced and supportive team.
Your new roleYour main responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the business, working closely with the sales and accounts functions.
Key tasks include:Delivering excellent customer service by handling external suppliers and customer queriesMaking outbound calls to solve issues and ensure suppliers and customers have any relevant informationAnswering calls, monitoring email inboxes, handling mailGeneral office administrationLiaising with sales and accounts teams
What you'll need to succeedYou will need to have strong administration experience and be confident in working in a fast-paced role and busy organisation. The role requires excellent attention to detail, an inquisitive nature and fantastic customer service skills. IT literacy is important for this role as well as confidence using Excel and systems.
What you'll get in returnYou will be working with a successful organisation, in a people-oriented team. The salary is up to £26,000 per annum, with 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.What you need to do now
