Job Description

Alison Gray Recruitment are seeking an experienced HR/Recruitment Administrator to join their busy team. This is a pivotal role, ensuring the smooth running of the Recruitment processes. You will provide essential support to the Recruitment team. Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 4.30pm and Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm with a half hour paid lunch break. You will receive 23 days of annual leave, plus statutory days. An additional day is offered per year of service, up to 5. Responsibilities Managing the end to end process of the on-boarding of new starters Responsible for completing pre-employment checks for employees (for example, references, right to work documents and medicals) Using social media platforms to promote the company/vacancies Responsible for maintaining the live job advertisements on job boards Producing contracts of employment for new joiners. Ensuring compliance with the firm's GDPR regulations when sharing CVs and handling candidate data Registration of new candidates (including drug testing) Payroll support General administrative duties Key Skills & Experience Previous experience of working in a recruitment or HR administration role is highly desirable Strong communication skills Excellent time management skills Proven organisational skills Excellent attention to detail A positive disposition as well as being a strong team player.
