Following
a hugely popular launch last Christmas, we are bringing back our Domes to the
Rooftop Garden. Exclusively, for the holiday season, we are looking for
you to join us from 18th November until 5th January, to bring a festive
atmosphere and excellent service to our guests who have chosen to celebrate
with us.

As Chef de Rang, you will strive to create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests, always going that extra mile.
You must be dedicated, with a passion and flair for service, coupled with a positive 'can do' attitude.
You will have just what it takes to impress our guests with your exceptional service skills and sparkling personality.? You will be a committed team player who enjoys working as a team and providing a memorable guest experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO …
You will be courteous and have confidence to look after our guests to a high standard, providing a 5* service at all times.
A good all-round knowledge of food and wine, good communication skills and a passion for the industry are a must.
You will assist in the training of colleagues ensuring The Celtic Collection standard is met at all times.
This role is varied with no two days the same.
