Warehouse Supervisor

Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading warehousing company, in their search for a Warehouse Supervisor to work in their Wrexham-based facility.

For the successful Warehouse Supervisor, our client is offering;

• £30,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday, 2 pm - 10 pm (Nov-Dec), 12 m - 8 pm (Jan-Oct)
• Permanent contract

The Role of the Warehouse Supervisor;

• Controlling the Warehouse operations for the site, including H&S, staff management, and providing support to the shop floor
• Responsible for ensuring the operation is supervised and managed efficiently in line with both internal and external KPIs
• Ensure that all H&S requirements for the DC are adhered to, and maintained, including Inductions
• Ensure deadlines and KPIs are met
• Support in planning & controlling all reworks involving stock movements.
• Control all pick queries, shortages, and replenishments and address any issues.

What our client is looking for in a Warehouse Supervisor;

• Previous experience running a busy Warehouse - ESSENTIAL
• IT Literate, knowledge of warehouse/stock systems & spreadsheets
• FLT license and experience - DESIRABLE
• Highly developed communication skills
• Previous experience training staff members and completing appraisals.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality customer satisfaction
