Contract Floor Layer For Small Works & Aftercare

My client, well-established flooring supplier and contractor with over 30 years of experience in the commercial sector is seeking an experienced floor layer to join their newly formed Aftercare and Small Works team, focusing on projects in London and the Greater London area.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional fitting skills and provide outstanding customer service. They should be highly motivated, possess a positive attitude, and be capable of resolving challenges as they arise. The ideal individual will be organised, confident, and personable, with extensive experience in all aspects of floor laying.

Responsibilities

• Perform remedial or replacement works as necessary.
• Set up sites for fitting teams.
• Manage smaller flooring projects.
• Conduct measurements when required.
• Liaise effectively with the Aftercare and Small Works teams.

Essential Qualifications

• Fully competent floor layer with prior experience in contract flooring.
• Possession of a full UK driving license.
• Ability to obtain a current CSCS card.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent telephone communication skills.
