In-House Energy Lawyer Commercial/Corporate/Consenting Maternity Cover FTC

If you are excited about working in the renewable energy sector and are interested in an in-house move, then we should talk. I am working with a fast growth organisation who is looking for someone to join their legal team to cover an impending maternity leave. This role is likely to suit a lawyer between 2-6 years qualified, although they will consider lawyers at a more senior level. This vacancy offers a huge amount of variety so candidates will benefit from having existing in-house experience, but they are equally happy to consider someone from private practice who is looking to make the transition. As mentioned, this role offers variety, so it will suit a personality that enjoys the challenge of thinking on their feet. It is also a hugely rewarding position that is focused on bringing new renewable energy projects to the UK. The incoming lawyer will ideally have experience in negotiating complex commercial contracts, corporate governance, as well as knowledge of the UK consenting rules.
