Warehouse Operative - Forklift Driver - Woodston, Peterborough PE2

upto £12.92* per hour & excellent company benefits

Full-time, permanent 37.5 hrs/week

Various shift patterns available: Early/ Late

Monday to Friday ( either 6 am- 2 pm or 2 pm to 10 pm shifts) occasional optional overtime ( paid at a higher rate)

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a growing temperature-controlled logistics organisation based in Woodston, Peterborough, for a full-time Warehouse Operative with MHE (Experience with Counterbalance or Reach)

Key Responsibilities include: -Warehouse Operative (Forklift) - Woodston, Peterborough PE2

• Unloading vehicles and receiving goods in and out
• Loading on company transport and third-party vehicles
• Accurate preparation and picking of orders
• Working with computerised and RF warehouse management systems
• Ensure stock is rotated correctly
• General housekeeping duties
• Carrying out all duties while adhering to Health and Safety requirements

Key Experience/ Characteristics preferred for the roles: -Warehouse Operative (Forklift) - Woodston, Peterborough PE2

• Previous distribution centre, chilled store, or warehouse operative experience desirable
• Reach/ Counterbalance truck forklift experience is essential
• Happy to work in a temperature of 3 degrees Celsius, and some work in the Frozen chamber which can be down to -22 Clesius (clothing will be provided)
• Good standard of education & fluency in English”
