Customer Service Coordinator
Full-time office working in Kidderminster
Working Hours: 37.5 hour working week, Mon-Fri 8am-4pm (30 minute lunch) with 1 day a week working 9am-5pm
Temp-perm opportunity
Pay Rate: £11.79 per hour with weekly pay
We are looking for an candidate with excellent organisational skills, who has a keen interest in the IT sector. If you have experience in stock allocation and working with a variety of systems, this could be the role for you!
DBS Check will be conducted for a successful candidate
Customer Service Coordinator - Duties & Responsibilities:
- Resolve tickets on time and maintain quality.
- Help the Service Owner with escalations and tasks.
- Join calls to assist with customer issues.
- Communicate directly with customers and businesses.
- Work with teams to resolve order issues and update customers.
- Attend Operational Huddles to support team communication.
- Provide first-line support via email and portal.
Customer Service Coordinator - Skills & Requirements:
- Proven administration and IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and problem solving skills.
