Business Development Director

This Business Development Director position will see you playing a strategic role within an organisation who attract current and future leaders from around the globe who are passionate about their professional and personal development. The role of Business Development Director will see you fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture and line managing 2 individuals.

Offering a base salary of £45,000 - £50,000 this 12 month contract also comes with an incredibly healthy benefits package, a truly hybrid set-up, an annual bonus opportunity and, the opportunity to work within an organisation whose sole existence is to drive continuous development.

This position is ideal for someone who fosters relationships, enjoys the networking approach, enjoys learning about others and isnt afraid to ask questions. Youll be naturally curious and look to increase sales through both new and existing channels.

A few of your key duties will include:-

• Be the key contact for prospective clients on both a pro-active and reactive basis
• Plan sales and marketing activities to ensure target participant numbers are achieved
• Partner with others to explore and launch new programmes
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure successful delivery of programmes
• Provide clear direction to your team helping to inspire others
• Update and maintain the central CRM
