Restaurant Manager - Contract Catering - Work life balance



A Restaurant Manager is required for a Contract Catering Company based near Exmouth. Responsible for day to day contracted output of services for the Restaurant. Working with the committee to plan & deliver a number of functions attended by Senior personnel within the Company and other sites part of the Company.
40 hours per week - predominantly Monday - Friday but flexibility required to meet output of business.

Salary - £32,474.78 per annum.

Experience of managing team and organisation & execution of events essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the Catering areas on site

* Provide excellent customer service

* Lead the team to deliver high standards, all appropriate training and compliance

* Plan and run all Functions and Events

* Health & Safety paperwork



Requirements:

* Managerial experience within a Catering establishment

* Events & Functions experience

* A passion for providing excellent customer service

* A great team player yet able to work comfortably on own

* Good customer service skills

* Pass DBS clearance
