Project Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering

Our client has secured yet another framework and are looking to bolster their high performing commercial team with a Project Quantity Surveyor who will be given their own projects to run from start to finish with the support of a Managing Quantity Surveyor.

The work is primarily through local authority frameworks consisting of public realm, cycle highways, junction improvements, S278, structures and footpaths ranging from £1m to £14m in value. All contracts are performed under NEC3/4.

Previous experience of managing own schemes, being client facing and managing subcontract packages is preferred however full training and mentoring will be provided on a day to day basis with huge opportunities for career progression on offer.

Our client is offering a generous salary with a car allowance or electric vehicle, discretionary bonus and 26 days holiday. The role will be primarily site based with some office and some home working also on offer.
