Learning & Development Trainer - Wales - Starting Salary £30,000 (£32,000 post-probation)
Full-Time Fixed Term Contract 12 Months

Are you an experienced professional in social care with a passion for training and development? Orbis Education and Care is seeking a motivated Learning & Development Trainer to join our team, empowering others to make a difference in the lives of individuals with autism and complex needs across Wales.

About the Role:As a Learning & Development Trainer, you'll be instrumental in designing and delivering training programs that equip our team members with the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care. This role involves traveling across Wales, giving you the opportunity to support our teams directly in the communities we serve.

Responsibilities:

• Creating engaging and informative training presentations tailored to adult learning needs
• Delivering training sessions that inspire and prepare our teams for success
• Conducting research to continuously improve and update training content
• Collaborating with department heads to align training with our organisational goals

What Were Looking For:

• Essential: QCF/NVQ Level 3 or higher in Health and Social Care OR Level 3 STLS in Education.
• Desirable - EATS Level 3 Aware, Level 4 and/or Level 5 Health and Social Care
• Social care experience in any setting
• Full driving license and access to a car (travel across Wales required)
• Proficient computer skills and excellent interpersonal communication abilities
• Training experience is desirable but not essentialwe welcome candidates with a passion for supporting others learn and grow
