IT Support Administrator

MCS Group are delighted to be working with a Large Public Sector Client based in County. Fermanagh in adding a IT Support Admin on a long term contract. The Role: Provide technical support to IT Project Manager / Senior Managers as required. Day to day management of an ITIL compliant helpdesk. Trouble shoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties. Undertake ongoing planning, monitoring, and budgeting of project(s) progress. The Person: Minimum of 3 years technical experience within IT Support. Evidence of further development in IT technical support related roles. Current Drivers License and access to own transport.
