Your new role
As a Residential Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential construction sites. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.
