Maintenance Engineer - GUERNSEY

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for ensuring the perfect pour? We are seeking a skilled Technical Services Engineer to join our team and take on the responsibility of maintaining, installing, servicing, and repairing drinks dispense systems across our various pubs, bars, and restaurants in Guernsey. As a Technical Services Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of quality through strict line cleaning schedules.

Key Responsibilities/Main Duties:

• Perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance on equipment, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
• Complete necessary paperwork and reports for maintenance tasks promptly.
• Conduct reactive and emergency breakdown tasks within service level agreements, with timely completion of associated paperwork.
• Execute line cleaning within a strict two-week schedule or as advised.
• Undertake installation of drinks dispense equipment, meeting service level expectations and completing required paperwork.
• Accurately and timely complete all work-related documentation, adhering to H&S, and company policies and procedures.
• Maintain proactive communication with the Technical Services Manager, updating customers on progress and addressing issues effectively.
• Proactively manage workload, participating in an on-call Rota for full out-of-hours cover.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

• Physical fitness to meet the demands of the role.
• Practical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with cellar management or beer line cleaning is highly desirable.

Travel Requirements:

This role requires the post holder to travel around the island.
