The firm is minutes walk from Liverpool Street station, they boast an impressive client portfolio and offer a range building surveying services. The practice promotes a collaborative and friendly professional environment.

You the successful Chartered Building Surveyor will manage projects in the commercial, industrial and residential sectors. Typical schemes range from a £100k - £2.5 million, work is located in Central London and surrounding home counties. The opportunity is to lead programmes from inception to completion whilst managing important external stakeholder relationships.

Chartered Building Surveyor

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS qualified
• Strong technical knowledge
• Client facing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK drivers licence
