Disputes Lawyer

Our client have around 100 people and an annual turnover of £7m. They are both Legal 500 and Chambers recommended across many disciplines and on top of a competitive salary they have a bonus scheme that pays between 10% and 20% of fees recovered over 3 times your salary.

They now wish to add to their already successful Disputes Team with the appointment of a Solicitor. Ideally you should be confident in delivering a good service within a very fast-paced team and hit the ground running to take on a wide variety of civil and commercial disputes including but not limited to

• Business disputes (Including shareholder, partnership, director disputes)


• Debt recovery, statutory demands and contractual disputes


• Intellectual property disputes (Copyright, Trade Marks, Passing Off, Patents, and Confidential Information)


• Business Sale Disputes and Warranty Claims


• Retention of Title


• Disputes with customers


• Insurance matters


• Public Procurement Disputes


• Franchise disputes advice for franchisees


• Franchise dispute advice for franchisors


• Regulatory Work for Doctors
