**Role Overview:**
As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the complete project management lifecycle, including design, engineering, coordination of services, detailed programming, and quantity surveying. You will maintain a hands-on approach from pre-construction activities through to final testing, commissioning, and handover.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage large-scale mechanical projects across various sectors.
- Coordinate with other trade contractors to produce working drawings from detailed designs.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget through meticulous programming and cost control.
