MCS Group is delighted to be working with Assistant Brand Manager Belfast Permanent Contract £28,000 - £32,000 Hybrid MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a leading retail company based in Belfast to recruit for an Assistant Brand Manager on a full time, permanent basis. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by executing local marketing strategies for the independent and company-owned stores. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing plans for key stores Create and execute tailored local marketing strategies for company-owned stores to maximise commercial opportunities, ensuring national brand campaigns are effectively implemented across the estate. Plan and implement tactical marketing initiatives. Work with external agencies and build relationships across departments, divisions, and with retailers/stores. Essential: A relevant third-level qualification with at least 1 year of marketing experience, or alternatively, 5 years of marketing experience in lieu of formal qualifications. Experience in presenting to various audiences/ working cross-functionally within a team Proven ability to manage marketing initiatives from start to finish. A full driving licence and access to a car. Marketing experience in FMCG or B2B environments.
