Flexis is the new company in the green logistics sector, with the mission to create more sustainable societies and change the way we move goods through cities.
Mission
Lead product strategy deployment (vehicle & service development) and family lineup integration with analysis of internal and external stakeholder’s inputs and market intelligence.
Main activities
- Focus on FlexEvan family models execution with full ownership about product specification, value positioning, vehicle & connected service convergence & lifecycle enrichment framing.
- Lead market and customer analysis primarily on electrification and digitalization in light commercial vehicle market and logistic customer segment in Europe.
- Consolidate Brand key-accounts inputs/outputs and manage Entry charge process for product development.
- Support B2B co-creation process with sales marketing and solution team as product representative.
- Identify company mid and long-term product needs with a holistic view, and improve Flexis value-up positioning.
Main interfaces
- External: OEM product team, B2B fleet customers & tech partners.
- Internal: All the functions (esp. Chief vehicle engineers, Sales marketing, Software solution, Design).
Skills:
- Holistic understanding of customer, market & competition environment esp. in European light commercial vehicle and its electrification shift (market knowledge for other matured EV market as plus).
- Strong ability to communicate product orientation with data-driven analysis (quantitative & qualitative).
- Broad knowledge of vehicle engineering, milestone techniques & process.
- Effective documentation and lean-start-up collaborative skills in fast-evolving project environment.
Experience:
- Experience in product planning and strategy framing on vehicle & car connected services especially for European market – e.g ability to translate market/customer analytical inputs into compelling solution (hardware/software).
- Experience in project arbitration with mixed methods (cost/value analysis, business justification).
- Business plan process and customer-centric value creation – e.g customer value framing such as TCO/TCU.
- Cross-functional management experience on vehicle framing (upstream and downstream).
Travel Frequency:
20% of time.
