Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists to create project plans and blueprints.
3. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines.
4. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
5. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
6. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
7. Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
8. Coordinate and manage the details of multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
10. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
11. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically in healthcare construction.
2. A bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field. A PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an asset.
3. Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and project resources.
4. Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
5. Experience with construction software programs.
6. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
