In your role, you could expect to:

• Deliver Exceptional Nail Services: Provide a wide range of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, nail extensions, and nail art, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
• Conduct Personalised Consultations: Engage with clients to understand their preferences and desired outcomes, offering expert recommendations tailored to their individual needs and ensuring a satisfying experience.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in nail care, as well as lash and brow treatments. Continuously enhance your skills through ongoing education and training.
• Build Lasting Client Relationships: Create a welcoming and relaxing environment by delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring each client enjoys a memorable and personalised experience.
• Maximise Revenue Opportunities: Promote additional services, retail products, and beauty packages to clients, enhancing their experience while driving sales for the spa.

Full time and part time contract available.

About you:

As a Senior Nail Technician, you will have the opportunity to work in a luxurious and creative environment, collaborating with a team of spa professionals, including hairstylists and aestheticians. Together, you'll work as a team and have a direct impact in making this Spa the 'go-to' beauty destination in Brighton.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

• Passion for Excellence: A genuine love for beauty and a dedication to delivering exceptional nail care services that leave clients feeling pampered and satisfied.
• Expertise in Nail Care: Strong knowledge of nail care products, techniques, and the latest trends, allowing you to create stunning manicures, pedicures, gel nails, extensions, and nail art.
• Lash and Brow Skills: Experience in lash and brow treatments, such as lash extensions, lash lifts, brow shaping, tinting, and microblading, is a big plus (preferred but not required).
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside other talented professionals to create a comprehensive beauty experience that exceeds client expectations.

Requirements:

• Valid certification or license as a Nail Technician (with at least 2 years' experience)
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays according to the spa's schedule.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
