Your job will be wide and varied, no day is ever the same. But here are a few things you might be doing:
- providing purposeful support to the people we support (PWS)
- supporting PWS to access opportunities to enhance their skills and experiences
- supporting PWS to monitor their wellbeing and health
- supporting with engagement, enthusiasm and positivity, both in teams and 1:1
You may hold an NVQ L2 or L3 in social care - that's fabulous, although not required. We will support you to achieve one of those if you like. There are many things that make up a great job and they are different for everyone - why not see what we have to offer....
Salary and Benefits
Range from £23,400 per annum (FTE) to £23,790 per annum (FTE)
Additional Salary Info:NVQ Salary Enhancements
NVQ L2 H&S Care £500 a year (FTE)
OR L3 £750 a year (FTE)
OR L4 £1000 a year (FTE)
