Salary: £35,000 + £10,000 annual bonus

Lead, Organise, and Make an Impact We're looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to take charge of daily operations in a fast-paced and well-established warehouse. If you're a strong, hands-on leader who knows how to inspire a team and ensure efficiency, this role is for you.

The Role As Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee a team of 10 warehouse staff and drivers, ensuring that operations run smoothly and safely. This is a hands-on position where your leadership and organisational skills will make a real difference in maintaining high standards and improving processes.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing all daily warehouse operations, including stock control, deliveries, and logistics.
• Leading your team by example, ensuring strong performance, collaboration, and accountability.
• Enforcing and maintaining health & safety standards to create a safe working environment.
• Coordinating with transport and customer service teams to meet delivery schedules and resolve issues promptly.
• Keeping the warehouse well-organised and running efficiently through process improvements.
