Support Worker

We are looking for highly motivated, skilled, and reliableSupport Workersin theLoughborough area. This would be to support a13-year-old male clientwithCerebral Palsy none verbal.

Shift times are as follows:

Weekends only at the moment but looking for evening support in the week in the future.

£15.00 per hour + holiday pay + pension!

You will need:

• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English
• Full working rights (We do not offer sponsorship)
• Full UK Driving License as you will be required to use the clients vehicle.
• A strong-willed Character with the ability to show empathy and a consistent approach to behaviours presented.
• A good understanding and knowledge about complex behaviour and brain injury.

Your role would include:

• Accessing the community
• Supporting with helping our client to plan her day and interact meaningfully in the world around her.
• Supporting with daily living tasks including cooking and domestic duties
• Medication
• Maintaining daily records
• Motivating and encouraging the client to achieve goals
• Supporting with social visits with family
