We are looking for a Project Manager to manage projects on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Business from conception to final delivery. The Project Manager's prime responsibility is to ensure that project(s) are delivered with optimal results, confirming to standards for quality, safety and sustainability and complying with defined scope, performance, cost, schedule and on benefit.

You will be accountable for:

  • Creating and managing project teams holding key stakeholders accountable for actions
  • Delivering projects in accordance with the defined complexity to the Cost, Quality & Time parameters defined within the Project, including:
    • Managing and deliver of projects to agreed objectives
    • Producing and monitor plans for delivery
    • Producing and manage core project documentation as per the current Change Framework
    • Producing reporting relating to progress, risk management and issue identification.
    • Management and control of project financials
  • Working with Stakeholders and the wider business to build productive relationships with different functions to enable successful delivery of projects;
  • Utilising, influencing and negotiation skills to resolve areas of conflict within the project;
  • Acting as an advocate for the team to ensure the control and governance of delivery;
  • Contributing to the review and continuous improvement of the Project Delivery Team;
  • Leading by example; Setting high standards & communicating expectation of high achievement to others based on the defined Evri ways of working
  • Creating and maintaining positive and professional working environments that help the project teams to succeed;
  • Utilising best practice tools and techniques to aid communication and understanding, ensuring project documentation is fit for purpose.

To be successful in this role you will require the following…

  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with the methodology of a project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, although more important is the ability to adapt your structured approach to suit the business
  • Knowledge of Agile and the role of Scrum Master
  • A background or exposure to midrange/open systems and experience of Distribution/Logistics systems would be advantageous
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and benefits
  • Project management experience gained across a broad range of projects of varying size and complexity
  • Experience of participating throughout the full life cycle of projects
  • Experience of working in a multi-functional team, including experience of working with and selection of 3rd party suppliers including virtual sites
  • Familiarity with a range of Project Management methodologies and the ability to adapt your approach
  • Ability to manage a diverse range of individuals involved in a project that are not in direct reporting line
