Behaviour Mentor - Southampton

Suitable for an experienced Teaching Assistant or an experienced Behaviour MentorA Behaviour Mentor is needed in a Mixed Secondary School in Southampton.
This Behaviour Mentor role will be full time and you will be required to work at the school until the end of July 2025, in the first instance.
If appointed as a Behaviour Mentor, you be required to support pupils based in the Study Support Centre.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Planning and delivering small group activities/interventions
Monitoring the progress of pupils in the Study Support Centre
Working cohesively with other TAs and members of the Support TeamThe rates of pay for this Behaviour Mentor position will be between £85 and £120, depending on the qualifications and experience of each applicant.

A 'Good' Academy School with dedicated resource bases for SEN pupils.
Since 2001, the school has always been rated either 'Good' or 'Outstanding' by Ofsted.
Requirements
You are encouraged to apply if you are a Teaching Assistant looking to take on more responsibilities or an experienced Behaviour Mentor.
