Field Service Manager – Vacuum Technologies – Surrey – IM3377a
Salary: up to c£60k, depend on experience, plus benefits.
Job Term: Permanent, Full Time, Onsite
Job Outline:
Based in Surrey, a well-established provider of vacuum technologies is now seeking a dynamic and dedicated Field Service Manager to join their team and drive service delivery to new heights in the UK.
As the Service Manager, you will be managing a team of 12 Field Service Engineers and In-House Mechanics.
Your main priority is to ensure service plans and maintenance goals are met.
Responsibilities will include Resource planning; People management; Service Sales support and Budgetary Management.
Managing all aspects of the Service provision, you must be willing to travel within the UK, and also overseas to other global locations as required.

Experience and Qualifications:
As the successful Service Manager, you should hold a relevant degree in engineering or similar.
With experience in Mechanics/ Systems /Machine tools/ Electronics or Mechatronics; including Service Engineering, Service Management and Team Leadership, you will have a proven track record in managing customer expectations.
Additional Information:
Candidates MUST be eligible to work and live in the UK, without requiring sponsorship. Copies of Visa and Passport will be requested for verification.
